1. Introduction
By engaging with our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Scope of Services
The Company specializes in digital marketing services including website development, social media marketing, design, and branding. The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in a separate agreement or proposal between the Company and the Client.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment milestones and schedule will be specified in the project proposal. The Company reserves the right to withhold or pause services if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.
3.3 Late Payments: In case of late payments, the Company reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 10% per month on the outstanding amount.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice in case of a material breach by the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement.
7. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the services.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions by providing written notice to the Client. Continued engagement with the Company’s services after receiving notice of changes implies acceptance of the amended terms.
